Winter 2017 an NGA Competitor Winter 2017 approached me planting a a a a a a seed about Figure competing I I I had never considered it due to to to my age age “I’m too old” I I I told her She was impressed with my symmetry and highly encouraged that I I I consider competing I I chewed on on that seed for several months as my body kept building quickly Improving transforming I I built to competition level in in in in in in just six months and have now maintained for for four I competed for the the first time at at the the NGA Western Kentucky Natural Classic These were my accomplishments first time competing at at 48 years’ young I’m 48 years old and currently prepping for my my next NGA competition I I I would have never known my my true potential if I I hadn’t made the choice to change This new journey has given
me inner-strength courage self-confidence self-value and self-worth that I had previously lacked Sponsorships model shoots shoots fitness shoots shoots and and being published in in in in in business tools and and mag- azines are already taking place God has opened many doors of opportunity to help show others it’s possible My purpose my mission It’s never too late to to to be be who God created you you to to to to be be Rekindle your inner fire Fan it it it’ll turn to to to to flames Be an an an an inspiration and encourager value yourself Take care care of of of you you you so so you you you can take care care of of of others I’m so so thankful I I I I I took that step of of of of faith I I I I I cringe at at the the thought of of where where I’d be if I I I I I I hadn’t I’m excited to see where where God leads me next! n n n n Left to right:
