that alone will not keep us on on on the right path for any consid- erable length of time You see if we’re still the the the same on on the the the inside at at the the the level of our thoughts beliefs patterns and emotions we we simply haven’t achieved transformation in the deeper sense To get healthy and and stay that way we we we need need to to exercise and and eat right But we we often need need to to work on on ourselves beyond the body body We We must must examine our our our our limit- ing beliefs about our our our our body body and and and life life We We must must change our our our our mindset and and and heal emotional bumps and and and bruises that life life sometimes brings We must hold the intention of making healthy changes inside and out That’s what works in in in in in in my opin- ion ion based on on on years of experience helping people make the transformation from before to after and making it it last The good news is you can can do it! on on on producing results and and who who who support you you This This will will expand your vision on on on what’s possible This This will will chal- lenge you you you you to be be more more more do do more more more and and share share more more more Never share share share your your vision with with people people who do do not believe in you you you you you Every time you you you you you you share share your your your your dream dream with with with these people people you you you you you you take life out of your your your dream dream Surround yourself with with people who will never let you you you you you settle for anything
