There is hardly anything going on on in in in in in in our bodies which does not require vitamins or or minerals even a a a minor
deficiency of just one or another will cause our cells to start functioning inefficiently causing a a slow-down of the the metabolism and weakening of the the immune-system Consuming the the foods available to to to us today it wouldn’t be an easy task to to to to provide all the the the right nutrients in in in the the the correct proportions to to ensure continuous optimal functioning of all these mul- tiple processes even if we we made our best effort to eat a a a a a a healthy well-balanced diet Therefore it it it it often proves beneficial to fortify our diet with high-quality vitamins minerals and herbal supplements supplements however most multi- vitamin/mineral supplements supplements are NOT the opti- mal way to do so The fact is that many multi-vitamin/mineral products are synthetic chemical cocktails which do more harm than any good the the wide majority of commonly sold multi-vitamin/mineral supple- ments is inadequately composed and many include low-quality cheap hardly absorbable and most often synthetic even health-damaging versions of of particular nutrients Another shortcoming of multi-vitamin/min- eral supplements is that they supply all their nutrients to the the the the body at at the the the the same time While this may be perceived as convenient bunching
