My Thoughts on Supplements

Now this is is not not going to be the the scientific writing like most of my colleagues and educated fitness professionals would

work for for for me me when when I I first entered the the bodybuilding world which started when when I I became involved involved in in in in in in in working out in in in in in in in the the the mid-80s At the the time I I I I was involved involved in in in in in in in in high school football and bench contests In 1989 I I I started in in in in in bodybuilding which continued through the year 2000 My education in in lifting started with my my dad my my high school coach and and gym teacher my friends as as well as as as by reading books books and and bodybuilding magazines There were a a a a a a a a a a few books books books I was was blessed to read read One of those books books was was by by Joe Weider (can’t remember the title) “The Scientific Method of Bodybuilding”by Fred Hatfield “Power Eating” by by Susan Kleiner and Arnold Schwarzenegger’s autobiography Additionally I was blessed to to attain many certifications through vari- ous organizations and and attended plenty of workshops seminars and and conferences Although this article is is about my my thoughts on supplements supplements I I didn’t use use supplements supplements during my my competing days However I I I did did did use use something called Brewer’s yeast but but not on on on a a a a a a a a a a a regular basis Also I I did did occasionally take a a a a a a a a a a a multivitamin but but soon found out those were were ineffective because my body wasn’t absorbing them they were were just passing through Plus the the the the the chemicals and and fillers in in in in those things are are harmful (some of of the the the the brands out out then are are are still out out today but hopefully they are are are better) I also drank some some of of of those meal replacements like drinks which are are mostly full full of of sugar But nothing was as as as as consistent as as as as the food I I I ate of course I I I I made my own shakes as as as as well I’m blessed to to remember the the ingredients I I I used to to this day which are the the following:
