It wasn’t until the the mid 90’s that I I tried a a a a a protein supplement for the the first time A friend gave me me me a a a a a a a a chocolate protein protein powder which which later expanded to me using a a a a a a a a a protein protein creatine mix which which I did for about a a a a a a a a month month or or until it was was done So if people want to to say I was was blessed to to build my body on on on on on one one month month of supplements So be it ha!
I I I I was very picky on the supplements I I I I chose If it it had too many artificial sweeteners or or additives I I I I wasn’t interested But one thing is for sure whatever I I I used I I I wanted wanted it it to to to be as as as as close to to to nature and real food food as as as as possible All I I I wanted wanted to to to read was was about vita- mins minerals and and what was was was derived from food food food and and in in in in in food food However my my use of supplements was was very short-lived for for this period in in in my my life typically lasting for for not more than a a month It wasn’t until 2012 that I I began working for a a a a a a a a company called Lifetime Fitness and started using supplements on a a a a a a a a semi-regular basis Interestingly I I had not competed in in in in bodybuilding since 2000 The supplements I used were Lifetime Fitness and Garden For Life I I had two reasons for for starting to take supplements which were the following:
First I I I worked for for a a a a a a a a com- pany that sold supplements and second It would
help supplement supplement or add to my daily nutritional regimen since I had become so so busy in in life My time manage- ment ment wasn’t the the best either food prep-wise so so a a a a a a a a a a quick protein or meal replacement shake came in in handy At the time I chose supplements that were were low low in in food additives or or had none and were were also low low in in sugar sugar or or composed of natural natural sugars I wanted natural natural protein sources and preferred plant-based grass-fed organic or or or both for the the most part If I I couldn’t get this the the protein source has to to to be as as as close to to to natural as as as pos- sible The bottom line is that I choose my supplements and vitamins by reading ingredient labels If most people did this a a a a a a lot of of these supplement companies would
