When using “momentum” to lift the weight distribution is is is now off your muscle and where do you you you think it is is is going? The weight will then be on your joints!!!
So the the question is is is what can we do about this? NGA Cali is is is taking the the initiative to to provide education to to youth in in in area schools
on the the correct way to lift as as well as as spreading the the the message “No supplements needed!” The goal is is to make this a a a a a part of the the Drug-Free Movement!
